I’m fairly sure I’d be considered an expert in the topic of BlogEngine.NET. As an administrator of the project and one of the main developers, I know it very well. I get lots (and lots) of inquiries on the topic.
I occasionally do work for others expanding or customizing their BlogEngine.NET install. I tend to do everything inside the existing framework (via advanced themes and extensions) so that the software can be upgraded without a big hassle.
