BlogEngine.NET 1.6 Released

belogo This evening, the BlogEngine.NET team released version 1.6. You can head on over and download it now.

This release has a lot of important updates rolled into it including enhancements to the comment system and widget zones. This release has lots of little touches that improve many of the existing features. Be sure to check out the details on the main site for the highlights and release notes.

A huge thanks to the Ruslan, Ben, and Russell who put in a ton of effort to make this release happen. It was a great effort. You guys rock!

As mentioned on the ASP.NET website - this is an awesome update, thanks very much indeed. I have been fighting with spam comments for a while now over on Daily Cycle as well as a couple of other blogs. Dealing with spam comments on multiple sites is exhausting to say the least, and doesnt exactly help in getting my 'normal' job done so this will definitely help alot. Keep it up, and thanks again.
